Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor
Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, born on February 21, 1969, in San Francisco, California, is an accomplished actress and producer celebrated for her compelling performances in film, television, and theater. Raised in McComb, Mississippi, she discovered her passion for acting while attending Tougaloo College before transferring to Brown University, where she graduated with a degree in African-American studies. She further honed her craft at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
